Role : Senior Design Engineer
Qualification : Diploma/BE Mechanical EngineeringExperience : 8 to 12 Years Location : Turbhe, Navi mumbaiJob Description : • Major design work to the conceptualized & designed on solid works.• Receive, assess, and analyze all customer/visit inputs before proceedingwith design, GA Dwg Customer enquiry/ Drawing & finalize.• Provide all basic details, BOM for BOQ & estimation, before sending Technocommercial offers.• Verify and approve concept drawing (using AutoCAD & Solid Works),layout, and 3D as per enquiry, data or requirement & get Directors & clientapproval• Verify and approve Site visit for assessment & recommended Inputs tofinalize Design & Dwg.• Make BOQ, Purchasing, hardware schedule & specifications as perapproved drawing, after customer orders.• Estimation for bending sheet profile layout, CNC programs for Shearing,punching, bending, etc for Fabrication & subsequently for installation.• Include glass profile after getting measurement at site & makeappropriate drawing / layout.• Visits to shop floor during actual fabrication to ensure compliance ofobjective & work instructions.• Quality control, assurance & documentations for design department will bedesigned, maintained & controlled from the initial stage of Design/Dwg.approvals till Final Inspection for submission to management report.
