Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support for CAD software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

Support users on platforms such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo , or similar CAD applications.

Assist with CAD customization, scripting, and automation using tools like VBA, Python, or similar languages .

Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure CAD tools align with project requirements and engineering standards.

Develop and maintain documentation for CAD processes, custom scripts, and best practices.

Train and guide end-users on CAD tools, features, and updated workflows.

Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams to manage updates, licenses, and performance improvements.

Provide input and support for PLM, PDM, and ERP system integrations related to CAD processes.

Monitor and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution in a fast-paced environment.
