The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Lead the design process from conceptualization to execution. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Create detailed architectural plans and designs using CAD software. Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to ensure design integrity. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong project management skills with an eye for detail. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative design.
