Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Senior Demand Planning Manager. The role involves overseeing demand planning processes, analyzing market and consumer trends, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize supply and demand alignment. Additional responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing capacity planning, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Management, and Capacity Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making Abilities
• Expertise in using Demand Planning Tools and Software
• Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• MBA or relevant degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields is preferred
• Proven Experience in the Food or FMCG Industry is an advantage
