Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Senior Demand Planning Manager. The role involves overseeing demand planning processes, analyzing market and consumer trends, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize supply and demand alignment. Additional responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing capacity planning, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Management, and Capacity Planning Strong Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making Abilities Expertise in using Demand Planning Tools and Software Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment MBA or relevant degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields is preferred Proven Experience in the Food or FMCG Industry is an advantage
