3 Collaborate with teams to determine necessary activities for successful project outcomes.

4. Manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency in operations.

5. Resource Planning & Management:

6. Work with Resource Planners to ensure the right resources are available for ongoing and upcoming projects.

7. Optimize resource allocation based on pipeline demand and project requirements.

8 Innovation & Value Addition:

9. Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, consolidation, and virtualization.

Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and service delivery. .Customer Satisfaction & Escalation Handling: .
