• Design and implement

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using

  techniques for optimal performance.
• Build

  forecasting models

  (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, regression-based) for demand prediction and business planning.
• Conduct

  causal inference and uplift modeling

  to assess the impact of business interventions or marketing campaigns.
• Explore and implement

  Generative AI applications

  (LLMs, transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering) in data science workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data engineers, domain consultants, and business analysts—to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders through compelling data stories and visualizations.
• Continuously explore new tools, algorithms, and techniques to enhance model accuracy and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics

  , or related quantitative field.

• 2–6 years of experience

  in a data science or applied machine learning role.
• Proficient in

  Python

  (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels) and

  SQL

  for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience in developing and validating

  machine learning models

  and

  data pipelines

  .
• Strong working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Classical ML:

  Regression, Classification, Clustering, Optimization

• Causal Modeling:

  Causal inference, A/B testing, Propensity score matching

• Forecasting:

  Time series modeling, Predictive analytics

• Generative AI:

  LLMs, Transformer models, Text or Image generation
• Strong understanding of

  data science lifecycle

  , from data collection to model deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with

  cloud platforms

  (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with

  big data tools

  such as Spark, Databricks, or PySpark.
• Experience with

  data visualization

  (Power BI, Tableau, Plotly).
• Exposure to

  MLOps

  and model deployment frameworks.
