Key Responsibilities

Build, train, and optimize machine learning models to drive insights and improve business outcomes.

Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Apply advanced statistical, mathematical, and algorithmic techniques to solve problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Deploy ML models into production and monitor their performance.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using effective data visualization and storytelling.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML/AI frameworks and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+

Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).

Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.).

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) is a plus.

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
