Data Analyst

Data Analyst who can work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate insights, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and the capability to communicate insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Build dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decisions. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, and advanced analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all analytics deliverables. Work on Google Sheets for quick analysis and reporting (good to have).
Required Skills:
Good SQL proficiency with strong knowledge of joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance optimization. Strong advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, data processing, automation). Very good problem-solving ability with a structured approach to analytics. Decent communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly. Google Sheets experience is a good-to-have.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an added advantage. Knowledge of version control (Git) is a plus.
