Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of product data, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor the success of various initiatives. You will also create and maintain dashboards and excel-based reports to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous exploration of new data sources and tools to enhance analysis quality will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will interpret analysis results, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and develop recommendations to support business decisions. Ensuring regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of product data - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor success - Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business expectations - Continuously explore new data sources and tools - Interpret analysis results and develop recommendations - Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities - Ensure data practices align with relevant requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor or Master engineering degree (B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech) - 0 to 1 years of experience in data analysis (knowledge of finance domain preferred) - Experience in data querying and working with large and complex data sets - Proficiency in data analysis and languages such as SQL, Python/R, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) - Implement quality assurance processes for data validation - Familiarity with version control and agile processes is a plus - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Company Details: The company emphasizes the importance of regulatory compliance and data accuracy in its operations.
