What is this role about? Leverage advanced data analysis to drive business decisions and support growth initiatives within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights through data-driven projects. Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Metabase. Utilize SQL (advanced/PostgreSQL) and programming languages like Python or R for in-depth data analysis. Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and high performance. Effectively communicate complex data findings and business recommendations to stakeholders. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of impactful results. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across departments. What will make you a fit for the role? Pre-requisites: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech, E-commerce, or SaaS industries. Proven track record of leading or contributing to impactful, data-driven projects with measurable outcomes. Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL), Python or R, and Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and dashboards). Experience with data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Metabase. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for presenting data insights. Demonstrated mentorship and leadership skills for guiding junior analysts. Highly organized, result-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-centric environment.
