Senior Data Analyst (Advanced SQL)

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering data solutions. Your role will involve handling data migration and reporting tasks in both Business-As-Usual (BAU) and project environments. You will collaborate closely with the business application team and project team to meet the data-related requirements of various stakeholders within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of data migration projects, including requirements gathering, data analysis, mapping, and transformation. - Work closely with the Business applications team and Project team to address data aspects effectively. - Ensure comprehensive documentation of data-related requirements and development work to facilitate smooth service transitioning. - Lead corporate data quality improvement initiatives by assessing data quality, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for tracking and reporting. - Collaborate with the business application team and stakeholders to drive continuous data quality enhancements. - Manage the design, development, and maintenance of automated business Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting. - Assist in the maintenance and handling of ad-hoc tasks in the Central Data Repository. Qualifications Required: - Advanced SQL skills for writing optimized queries, designing efficient data models, and handling large datasets. - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. - Experience in Data Migration Projects. - Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics). - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst. - Working knowledge of CRM Data and a solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. - Strong business analysis skills for problem analysis and requirement gathering. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Capability to work independently. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), experience with Logic App, Salesforce, and Business Central, familiarity with Azure Data services, Power App, and basic data transformation techniques, project management skills, general ERP data knowledge, and experience in Integration Projects.,
