Fully Remote Bengaluru

Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage dashboards in
Power BI
with secure access using Row-Level Security.
Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and legal requirements.
Support Agile ways of working within a product team environment.
Facilitate BAT and UAT processes for data and reporting solutions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on accessibility compliance data.

Must Have Skills

Strong knowledge of
Accessibility Standards (WCAG)
and compliance frameworks such as the
European Accessibility Act (EAA)
.
Advanced proficiency in
Power BI
with experience in interactive and inclusive dashboard design.
Moderate
SQL
skills for data extraction and validation.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder requirements.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of
Python
and basics of Data Science.
Familiarity with
GCP data products
, DevOps (GitHub, automated deployments), and self-service BI setups.
Experience with
Jira
and product team collaboration.
