Senior Data & AI Product Manager

As a Senior Data & AI Product Manager at HG Insights, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our data and artificial intelligence-powered capabilities that underpin the entire HG portfolio. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to life and create significant business value through the power of data and AI. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define the product roadmap and success metrics aligned with company vision, customer needs, and market trends. - Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for data and AI-driven solutions. - Transform user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data and AI products. - Ensure data and AI products are developed and deployed with a focus on data privacy, security, and ethical considerations. - Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Engage with customers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to collect feedback, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7+ years of product management experience in the Big Data, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics space. - Strong understanding of data science principles, machine learning algorithms, and AI technologies. - Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights. - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
