Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Support position located in Udaipur. The Senior Customer Support representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer feedback. The role requires direct interaction with customers to address their queries and provide effective solutions.
