As a candidate for this position, your responsibilities will include handling clients on call in a mandatory manner. You will be required to provide technical support through on-call and remote desk services by diagnosing issues and analyzing client needs to offer suitable solutions. Furthermore, you will need to address and resolve client queries efficiently, troubleshoot technical issues, and solve software faults by coordinating with software developers. The company is looking for smart and proficient candidates who can deliver exceptional technical support for the software. The working days for this position are from Monday to Saturday, with working hours scheduled from 11 AM to 7 PM.,
