Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email support. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Process orders, returns, and exchanges on e-commerce platforms. Track and follow up on pending orders and delivery issues (NDR, RTO, etc.). Coordinate with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth resolutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or beauty industry). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
