Job Description

Position: Senior CRM
Company: Svastiga Infra Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL)
Location: Zirakpur
CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
Experience: 8–12 years (Real Estate – Residential Projects only)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle post-sales customer relationship till possession
Resolve client queries, manage documentation & coordination
Oversee handover, snag list, and possession formalities
Liaise with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, project)
Ensure timely TATs and excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Experience in residential real estate CRM (mandatory)
Team handling experience preferred
