Job Title: Foreman

Location: Ananta Aspire Project Site
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of work
• Manage and allocate tasks to labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor material usage, site cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Read and interpret drawings and execute work as per project plans
• Maintain daily work progress reports and share updates with the Site Engineer/Project Manager
• Ensure quality control at each stage of execution
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns timely

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in residential/commercial real estate projects
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to manage workforce and handle site coordination independently
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
