Site Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations for our real estate/construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work quality, monitor manpower, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce.
• Ensure tasks are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and planning.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Monitor labour productivity, attendance, and material usage.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and progress.
• Report daily progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Manage and allocate manpower as per project needs.
• Ensure proper handling and upkeep of tools, equipment, and site materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Foreman in real estate or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of civil works, finishing, structural activities, and safety standards.
• Ability to read drawings and provide clear instructions to labour teams.
• Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Basic knowledge of material management.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Civil (preferred)
• Higher Secondary or above (minimum qualification)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
