Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee the installation and completion of finishing works on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishes, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finishing Works Management: Supervise and coordinate finishing activities, including flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.

2. Quality Control: Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards and project specifications.

3. Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

4. Site Coordination: Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless execution of finishing works.

5. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to finishing works efficiently.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works, with experience in managing subcontractors.

3. Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills: Experience in managing construction teams and ensuring quality output
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and understanding of its operation and maintenance
• Strong Communication Skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Competence in Carpentry and Maintenance tasks for hands-on problem-solving
• Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to implement them on-site
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools or software is a plus
• Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects preferred
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is an advantage
