Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support in our real estate corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with a professional attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage inward and outward couriers, letters, and official documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
  • Maintain visitor records and update daily attendance or log sheets.
  • Support HR/Admin in basic clerical tasks and document filing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth office operations.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, staff events, and client visits.
  • Handle basic office supplies inventory and vendor follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
