Senior CRM Consultant

As a Senior CRM Consultant at Adita Technologies, you will be joining an exciting project based in Australia & USA. Adita, which is part of the Ayan Group, an Australian group of companies headquartered in Sydney, Australia, is currently offering multiple job opportunities in Delhi, NCR, and Chennai for individuals with at least 8+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM platform. The role involves working with Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, CPQ, and Field service lightning cloud. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for driving sales for the cloud-based Customer Relationship Management suite & Commercial Content suite into major life science organizations in India. Your role will involve designing solutions, educating customers during Sales cycles, giving demonstrations, conducting POCs, handling customer queries, and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong experience in CRM platform either Functional or Technical with exposure to Salesforce Lightning components - Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform - Designing solutions and educating customers during Sales cycles - Giving demonstrations and conducting POCs for customers - Handling customer queries and identifying customer needs - Communicating product knowledge and industry expertise to customers - Recommending appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs - Assisting the sales support team in preparing compelling content for RFP and RFI responses - Demonstrating the solution that addresses customer requirements and brings business value - Candidates with Pre-sales experience will be preferred - Good oral and written communication skills, customer interaction skills, and collaborative team working - Self-motivated, analytical, and driven to overcome challenges **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation Not Required, Any Graduate in Any Specialization - Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization - Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for this role.
