Senior Credit Executive (Spanish, Italian, German)

Responsibilities: May include but are not limited to

• To prepare and send Accounts receivable reports to the commercial team on a weekly basis for updates on receivables.
• Maintain credit files in accordance with the credit policy, reflecting support of credit decisions.
• To update customer master in SAP on a regular basis.
• To coordinate with the treasury team for payment follow ups with the banks and to process customer refunds as and when requested.
• To coordinate with customers, sales and logistics team for following up for the receivables on a weekly basis.
• To communicate via emails and calls with customers in

  Spanish

  regarding the receivables and manage collection efforts for the region.
• To assist Credit manager/credit team with spreading and analyzing financials of customers for risk assessment and underwriting credit limits.
• Oversight of credit position for a specific market/country.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and interaction with the credit team and customer interactions.
• Manage smooth relationship with internal stakeholders and customers.
• To provide back up support to team members in VBS and Europe as and when required if asked/trained.

Required experience, skills and knowledge:

• Self-driven individual with strong communication skill, a team player and willing to handle the process independently.
• Open to learn and accept new task and responsibilities as and when needed.
• The candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years prior experience in the similar profile.

• Additional German, Italian language would be a plus advantage.

• Candidates with knowledge of trade credit insurance and collections will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of Spanish Communication in Professional capacity (Level B2). Must have interacted with the customer / client in Spanish (written and spoken proficiency is essential).
