Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can translate emotion into art and lead a team to create stunning digital experiences. You'll be the conceptual storyteller behind greeting cards that connect deeply with audiences, especially across the US and global markets.

This role is for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative direction, guiding a team that includes copywriters, designers, and musicians to produce emotionally charged, visually distinctive content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and visualize high-quality, emotionally resonant e-cards.
• Lead a cross-functional creative team (copywriter, graphic designer, musician) to deliver cohesive storytelling experiences.
• Turn abstract ideas and emotional cues into strong, relatable visual narratives.
• Ensure brand consistency while bringing in fresh, culturally relevant ideas.
• Stay ahead of visual trends, pop culture references, and digital content formats.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure every card speaks to the heart and feels authentic across audiences.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Creative Strategist / Visualizer / Art Director / Creative Lead in a digital media company or creative agency.
• Strong grasp of visual composition, color, typography, and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of human emotions, social trends, and cultural nuances.
• Exposure to US culture, lifestyle, and popular media is essential.
• Awareness of global and regional celebrations, life events, and holidays.
• Passion for words, idioms, and expressions that enhance emotional storytelling.
• Interest in philosophy, psychology, or spirituality is a big plus.
• A human-centered mindset , someone who designs to connect, celebrate, and inspire.
