Senior Creative Designer

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Creative Designer at Cliffton Realty, located in Erode. Your main responsibility will involve overseeing creative design projects, developing graphics, branding materials, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies. Your role will focus on bringing innovative ideas to life while maintaining high-quality and engaging visual content. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the visual direction for AI-generated brand visuals and campaigns - Design performance-optimized creatives in both static and motion formats - Provide guidance on storyboarding, reel scripting, and visual narrative structure - Train and review the work of junior designers - Manage the asset library to ensure brand consistency - Experiment with and implement new AI design workflows Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in digital design or visual communication - Proficiency in AI Tools & Image Manipulation - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software - Expertise in Creative Design and Graphic Design - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work on-site in Erode, Tamil Nadu - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus,
