Bright-River provides Visual Content services to major e-commerce and retail companies worldwide. Our 2D and 3D visual experts deliver product content daily using our in-house developed platform and custom applications. Our Business Technology team consists of passionate engineers and developers building robust solutions to support our global operations. We operate across offices in the Netherlands, Chennai, and Bangladesh. We are looking for an Adobe Scripting Developer who is excited to automate creative workflows and build tools that support high-volume design production, while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment. As part of the Business Technology team, you'll help build and maintain scripting solutions that integrate with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Bridge) to optimize our internal production processes. A few of the tasks you'd either own or contribute towards: - Script Development: Create and maintain Adobe scripts using Typescript /JavaScript / CEP / UXP-based tools to automate repetitive production tasks. - Workflow Automation: Streamline and optimize visual content workflows across our production systems. - Custom UI Panels: Reuse/Build user-friendly panels and interfaces to enhance designer productivity inside Adobe Photoshop. - Integration Support: Work with other Production teams to integrate scripts with our internal platform. - Debugging & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and update existing scripts for performance and stability. - Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for usage, version history, and updates for all custom tools. - Collaboration: Work closely with Production and Operations teams to understand and deliver scripting requirements. - Training & Support: Provide internal support and training for users working with custom Adobe scripts. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology related field. - 3+ work experience in Adobe automation (Photoshop Scripting) Technical Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript in CEP/UXP scripting. - Understanding of Adobe Photoshop script DOM. - Minimum 3+ years of experience scripting for Adobe Photoshop, Bridge. - Familiarity with batch processing, image manipulation, and file handling using scripts. - Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud workflows in a production environment. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
