Senior Counsellor

We are looking for a dedicated and approachable Student Counsellor to guide and support students in pursuing MBBS and higher education abroad. The counsellor will be responsible for providing accurate information, assisting with admission processes, and helping students make informed decisions about their academic future. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, especially MBBS programs. Provide detailed information about universities, courses, eligibility, and admission requirements. Guide students through application, documentation, and visa processes. Address student queries regarding costs, scholarships, living abroad, and career prospects. Maintain updated knowledge of international education systems and admission criteria. Build strong relationships with students and ensure regular follow-ups. Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions. Achieve monthly/quarterly counselling and enrollment targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred). Prior experience in student counselling or study abroad consultancy is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Knowledge of international education systems (Europe, Russia, Georgia, etc.) preferred. Ability to handle student concerns with empathy and professionalism. Work Environment: Office-based with student/parent meetings in person, over phone, or online. May require participation in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
