We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Student Counsellor to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and counselling prospective students who have shown interest in pursuing their higher education abroad, specifically focusing on our partner universities in Georgia: SEU, Avicenna University, and East West University. The counsellor will provide comprehensive information, address student queries, and facilitate the admissions process effectively. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact and counsel prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad. Clearly explain detailed information about our partner universities in Georgia (SRU, Avicenna University, and East West University) and their programs. Assist students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful enrolment. Follow up regularly with interested students and parents to ensure smooth progression of applications. Maintain accurate and organized records of student interactions and statuses within the CRM. Coordinate with university representatives and internal team members for timely and efficient admissions. Conduct counselling sessions over the phone, via video calls, and face-to-face meetings. Participate actively in student recruitment events, webinars, seminars, and workshops. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or counselling background preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education counselling, student recruitment, or similar roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and local languages. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents. Knowledge of international education systems, specifically universities in Georgia, would be advantageous. Skilled in MS Office suite and CRM software. Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Empathetic listener with strong counselling skills. Job Summary:The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and growth of the assigned Study Abroad Center. This role involves managing a team of counselors and telecallers, ensuring high student satisfaction, meeting admission targets, and maintaining strong relationships with university partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a background in international education consulting, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals abroad. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Operations:Lead and manage day-to-day center operations effectively. Supervise and mentor the counseling, telecalling, and support teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Maintain a student-friendly environment within the center. 2. Sales & Target Achievement:Drive student admissions for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Georgia, Russia, etc. Set and achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets. Monitor and improve conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment. Guide the team in handling walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups. 3. Counseling & Student Support:Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding universities, courses, eligibility, fee structure, and visa requirements. Address complex queries and grievances with professionalism and clarity. Conduct seminars, webinars, and in-center information sessions. 4. University Coordination:Liaise with international universities and institutions for partnership, student applications, and spot admissions. Explore opportunities for B2B tie-ups and regional expansion. Participate in education fairs, events, and roadshows. 6. Reporting & Analysis:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and center performance. Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve overall efficiency. Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields). Minimum 4–7 years of experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with international education systems and visa processes. Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM and education portals.
