We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Study Abroad admissions team. The role involves contacting potential students and parents, explaining overseas education opportunities, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students/parents from provided leads and databases. Explain study abroad options, especially MBBS programs, and clarify queries. Generate interest and schedule counselling sessions or appointments with senior counsellors. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student details in CRM. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Support the marketing team by gathering feedback from students/parents. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Target-oriented with good convincing and negotiation skills. Work Environment: Office-based calling role with performance-linked incentives. May require occasional support during education fairs, events, or campaigns.
