Senior Counsellor

1. Telecaller Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients. Explain the services/courses offered and answer queries. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions. Schedule appointments for counselors . Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. 2. Career Counselor Responsibilities: Guide students and professionals in selecting appropriate career paths or educational programs. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions. Stay updated on industry trends, course structures, and job opportunities. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress. Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Prior counseling or academic advising experience is a plus.
