Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience

    in HR / Talent Acquisition / Talent Specialist roles.
  • Must be a MBA - HR qualified
  • Strong experience in

    core recruitment

    , preferably within the

    Finance or Financial Services domain

    .
  • Hands-on exposure to

    onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in

    HR reporting and MIS

    .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
