As a Supervisor in Corporate Secretarial at Citco, you will be part of a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services. Your responsibilities will include assisting in corporate secretarial services for clients in foreign jurisdictions, managing document processes, preparing legal documents throughout the company lifecycle, updating corporate structure charts, and ensuring statutory compliances are met. You will be expected to participate in knowledge transfer activities, oversee the work of the team to maintain client standards, prepare reports, manage team appraisals, act as a subject matter expert, and build relationships with stakeholders. The role requires you to be a Company Secretary with fluency in English, attention to detail, proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
