Senior Core Java Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Core Java Developer with 7+ years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, collections, exception handling, and performance tuning, along with the ability to mentor team members and contribute to system design discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize applications using Core Java.
• Implement efficient algorithms and multithreading techniques.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, Collections, Generics, and Exception Handling.
• Expertise in Multithreading, Concurrency, and Performance Tuning.
• Experience with JDBC, SQL, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with JUnit/TestNG, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
• Knowledge of Spring/Hibernate, REST APIs, or Microservices (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
