Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to create compelling content across various mediums including print, digital, and social media platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life and support campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for branding, packaging, brochures, social media, emailers, websites, and ad campaigns. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative campaigns. - Interpret client briefs and transform them into persuasive messaging. - Edit and proofread content to uphold high standards of quality and accuracy. - Work collaboratively with designers, account managers, and digital teams to ensure alignment between visuals and messaging. - Stay abreast of trends in advertising, digital content, and consumer behavior. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or branding agencies is preferred. - Proficiency in English with strong grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail. - Ability to adjust tone and style according to the target audience and platform. - Demonstrated creativity, originality, and a love for storytelling. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of SEO writing and digital marketing trends. - Experience in writing for B2B brands or packaging design projects. - Proficiency in Tamil or multilingual writing would be advantageous.
