Senior Coordinator

As an ideal candidate for the position, you should have a Master's degree in Science or Education along with a Bachelor of Education. Your teaching experience should include 5+ years of prior experience as a classroom teacher in K-8 settings, with a preference for teaching Science and Maths to Grades 4-8. Additionally, you should have leadership experience of 3+ years as a Coordinator. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Demonstrating a passion for providing quality education aligned with Chiragh Grammar School's mission. - Designing and overseeing extracurricular activities, student clubs, and planning events in the school calendar. - Creating a warm and empathetic school environment. - Having a strong understanding of modern teaching methods. - Developing curriculum and lesson plans. - Supporting teachers in implementing active learning techniques and project-based learning. - Conducting workshops and coaching teachers to improve their teaching methods. - Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Being familiar with education technology and data analysis tools for monitoring student and teacher progress. - Collaborating with the Principal to develop and maintain an engaging learning environment. - Demonstrating flexibility and crisis management skills to handle unexpected challenges confidently. In addition to the above requirements, a clean record with three references will be required for a background check. A mandatory trial period of three months will be in place for selected candidates, who should preferably be located locally.,
