Job Description

Job Summary:
Handles food preparation and cooking for assigned sections, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items as per recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage mise en place and kitchen inventory.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation.
  • Train and supervise junior staff (e.g., Commis 2/3).
  • Collaborate with chefs for menu planning and specials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
