Senior Contracts Manager

As a Senior Contract Manager at our company, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing strong relationships with business teams. Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating, managing, and renewing client and vendor contracts, while effectively communicating contractual changes to all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements such as master services agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards. - Keep relevant leadership and business teams informed about contract negotiations and execution status. - Coordinate agreement execution and track expirations and other obligations. - Assist in designing and maintaining contract files and databases. - Contribute to the development and implementation of policies for timely contract execution. - Identify areas for process improvement and take proactive steps to enhance efficiency. - Perform any other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Required: - Post Secondary Degree or Certificate - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in the life science or pharmaceutical industry Other Required: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Well-developed interpersonal skills. - Good judgment, proactive work style, and ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects. - Cross-functional collaboration skills with team members at different organizational levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Fluency in English language (read, write, speak, comprehend).
