**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet the company's needs and comply with all laws and regulations.
2. Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through to final signing and ongoing management.
3. Assist in the hiring of contractors, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
4. Resolve any disputes or issues that arise related to contracts, working with legal and other departments as necessary.
5. Use ERP or equivalent software to track contracts and related information.
6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all contracts are accurate and complete.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
3. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
4. Proficiency in ERP or equivalent software.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to resolve disputes effectively and professionally.
