Job Description

Support senior leadership and middle management across tax and advisory functions in the region
Work on Transfer Pricing (TP) case laws, litigation matters, rulings, and data assessments
Analyze and prepare business and engagement proposals; present recommendations using multiple data sources
Review advisory reports, legal/technical articles, and legal submissions
Conduct comprehensive Transfer Pricing advisory engagements and tax reviews for clients
Ensure quality of team deliverables, including compliance and advisory documentation
Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and maintain professional integrity

Desired Candidate Profile

Education
: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience
: 12 years of post-qualification experience in Indian Transfer Pricing, preferably in a client-facing role
Skills
:
Strong knowledge of Indian Income Tax laws and global Transfer Pricing guidelines
Effective project coordination and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Client interaction and relationship management capabilities
Ability to conduct research on taxation topics and present clear written analyses
Experience in advisory and accounting practices related to tax
