Role Overview:

Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Consulting:

• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives to become a trusted advisor for CVM strategy, operations, and performance.
• Design and implement marketing programs/campaigns to boost service penetration and revenue.
• Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements.

2. Project Leadership:

• Lead discrete work streams or modules within large projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage small client and internal teams, driving engagement objectives and delivering results.
• Oversee the development of deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

3. Data-Driven Insights:

• Conduct KPI diagnostic analysis, product benchmarking, and data analytics to support decision-making.
• Evaluate CVM campaign performance, offering insights on revenue uplift and segmentation optimization.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on analytical findings.

4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication of insights, recommendations, and status updates.
• Support business development activities, including responding to RFPs and client proposals.
• Foster collaboration between internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

5. Knowledge Sharing & Development:

• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative CVM strategies.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BBA, B.Com, or related fields.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.

Experience:

• Consultant:

  3+ years of relevant business experience in consulting or strategy roles.

• Senior Consultant:

  8+ years of experience with a proven track record in large-scale consulting engagements.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Expertise in telecom business, CVM, product & pricing strategies, marketing, and sales-distribution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis techniques.
• Project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
