The role of Salesforce Tech Lead at EY in Pune involves understanding Salesforce architectural requirements and developing technical solutions based on functional requirements. You will be responsible for application design, solution, and development using the Salesforce stack. This includes configuring, designing, and building high-performance, reusable, and reliable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Writing test classes with more than 80% code coverage, designing custom objects, fields, picklists, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in developing lightning components as per application requirements and presenting solution walkthroughs to stakeholders. Leading and coordinating daily Scrum meetings, translating business requirements into executable tasks, contributing to technical documentation, building prototypes, and supporting and training new team members on the Salesforce application are also part of the role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 4 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce. Demonstrated experience in executing at least 2 Salesforce projects end-to-end in an agile mode as a Developer, along with 3 years of hands-on technical experience in LWC, AURA, and APEX, is required. Proficiency in integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, experience with SFDX tools for development and deployment, and expertise in the Salesforce lightning platform and community are essential. Good communication skills are also important. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Btech, BSc, BCA, MCA, or BCom, along with 4 years of experience in the IT industry. Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
