Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A taxation matters and working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty laws. ### Roles and Responsibility Demonstrate technical competence in solving complex client challenges. Support and lead engagement activities from planning through implementation. Identify and manage potential issues and risks during client assignments. Flag follow-on engagement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from a reputed institute. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in transaction tax-related laws. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems. Ability to work collaboratively and provide services across multiple client departments. Strong understanding of commercial and legal requirements. Experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility.
