Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax and international tax, with a strong background in compliance, advisory, and litigation. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide expert advice on direct tax and international tax matters, including compliance and litigation. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of complex tax issues and provide insightful recommendations. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. ### Job Requirements CA qualification is mandatory. Possess strong knowledge of direct tax, international tax, and transaction services. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and evolving industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
