Senior Consultant

As a Senior .Net Developer at RSM, you will collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to design, develop, and maintain custom software for internal and external clients. Your role is crucial for ensuring long-term scalability and sustainability of the business for a competitive advantage. You will work closely with staff, product teams, IT, and other functional areas within the firm to achieve the vision effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand business needs and requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and BAs. - Create technical designs and reference documentation to solve complex problems. - Develop clean, secure, efficient, and well-documented code. - Lead application integrations using APIs, REST services, etc. - Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation. - Troubleshoot, debug, and fix defects in existing software. - Provide technical guidance throughout the software delivery lifecycle. - Conduct code reviews to identify improvement opportunities. - Participate and champion agile/scrum ceremonies and monitor sprint burndown charts. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree, preference given to Business, Technology, or Accounting major. - Certified AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions or equivalent experience. - Minimum 7 years of experience leading software delivery teams and developing solutions. - Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using .NetCore platforms integrated with APIs and deployed in Azure Cloud. - Proficiency in front-end development with the React + TypeScript stack. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Self-disciplined to work in a virtual, agile, globally sourced team.
