You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide strategic guidance, helping us identify and implement key features that will elevate our online ordering module. This role is ideal for a consultant based in India with a proven track record of success in this specific industry.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Guidance:

  Advise our product and engineering teams on best practices for online food delivery software.

• Feature Enhancement:

  Help us identify and prioritize new features for our online ordering module based on market trends and competitor analysis.

• Workflow Optimization:

  Evaluate our current online ordering flow and recommend improvements to enhance user experience for both restaurants and end-users.

• Technical Consultation:

  Collaborate with our development team to ensure the feasibility and optimal implementation of new features.

• Market Insights:

  Provide critical insights into the Indian food delivery market, including payment gateways, logistics, and customer behavior.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience:

  At least 5+ years of experience in the restaurant technology or online food delivery SaaS industry.

• Domain Expertise:

  Deep knowledge of the online food delivery business, including order management, delivery logistics, payment systems, and customer-facing interfaces.

• Strategic Mindset:

  Proven ability to provide high-level strategic guidance and translate business requirements into actionable product features.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contractual Role:

  Available for a part-time, 3-month contract.
