Job Description

Design, develop, and execute test cases for CSGI Singleview and related billing systems.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify testing needs.
Analyze test results, document findings, and communicate issues to development teams.
Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability.
Maintain and enhance automated testing scripts using Shell, Python, or Perl.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in software testing, specifically with CSGI Singleview, Amdocs, or Oracle Billing.
Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL for database testing and validation.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of billing processes and telecom industry standards.
