Senior Consultant - Product Strategy

The role involves partnering with product leadership to define and execute product and business strategy. You will be responsible for driving market research, competitive benchmarking, and identifying new product opportunities. You will own the long-term strategy for the existing product portfolio, including GTM, PMF, scale-up strategy, and new build initiatives. Conceptualizing and driving horizontal product themes across compliance, experience, GTM excellence, and AI will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and success across vertical and horizontal programs is essential. You will also support investor relations through demos, deep dives, and product-led storytelling. Building and leading a high-performing team of product strategy professionals, acting as an internal consultant to senior leaders, and fostering a high-agency culture within the team are key aspects of the role. You will drive long-range and annual strategic planning, enable org-wide OKR setting, and establish governance mechanisms to ensure strategy translates into results. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Product Strategy, Tier-1 Consulting, Chief of Staff roles, or Corporate Strategy. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multi-functional stakeholders, and influence across levels are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high ownership, bias for action, and the ability to work on complex problems are critical for success in this role.
