Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and deploy OFSAA FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on FCCM product functionality.
Provide functional delivery support, including requirements mapping, BRD preparation, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Support Agile/Water-Scrum-Fall based development methodology.
Participate in testing phases, including system testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
Ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
Collaborate with teams to implement real-time functionalities like Watchlist Management, RAOR, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, and EDQ configuration.
