Senior Consultant, I&O Operations

As a Senior Professional, Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the organization's infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to ensure the proper functioning of the network. You will work independently to resolve network issues, handle incidents, and conduct protocol analysis for effective communication between network devices. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to document complex network and infrastructure issues and implement security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Salesforce platform including license, environment, and sandbox management - Develop skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components - DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Flosum, Copado, Git, Jenkins, and Ant; follow agile methodology for end-to-end release process - Ensure system reliability through backup/disaster recovery planning, database archival, and performance monitoring - Strategic planning including DevOps strategy creation, cross-platform coordination, and stakeholder/vendor management - Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and issue resolution across teams Qualifications: - Ability to manage Salesforce licenses, platforms, and sandboxes - Experience in setting up and maintaining development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure - Proficiency in defining and implementing DevOps processes, reviewing software code, and troubleshooting bugs - Design, develop, and test Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components - Knowledge of automation and continuous improvement through CI/CD pipeline - Experience in selecting and deploying CI/CD tools, managing incident response, and conducting root cause analysis - Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity measures - Coordinate effectively with platform teams, vendors, and stakeholders,
